The Mira Costa (Manhattan Beach, CA) Junior Varsity team won the IBVL Junior Varsity Tournament of Champions featuring entries from five division champions from the Southern Pacific IBVL. The Mustangs defeated Dos Pueblos (Santa Barbara, CA) Junior Varsity in the final in dual match competition to earn the gold medals.
