Mira Costa High School boys won their first Southern Pacific IBVL title with a close victory over Santa Monica, 2-1 in the final. Mira Costa and Santa Monica were co-Bay Division Champions which split during the season. Mira Costa defeated Culver City in the first round followed by Channel Conference Champions, Arroyo Grande in the quarterfinals and Bay Division rival, Redondo Union in the semi-finals.
